1. What This App Provides

Relationship Medicine is a wellness and personal growth app that provides daily relationship rituals, journaling tools, a Relationship Coach, and personalized content based on your Love Intelligence Codes. The app is designed for self-reflection, education, and personal enrichment — it is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate birth data, as your personalized content depends on it.
• You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data.

4. Membership & Payments

• The app offers a free trial period, after which a paid membership is required for full access.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play through which you subscribed.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the app, harass other users, or upload harmful or offensive content.
• You agree not to attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the service.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app's content without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app (journal entries, reflections, challenge responses). You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the service to you. Your personal content is private and is not shared with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

The app's design, rituals, Love Intelligence Code system, text, and generated content are owned by Relationship Medicine. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app's content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Relationship rituals, readings, and coach responses are for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for serious personal or relationship concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relationship Medicine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
