• Account information: Your name, email address, and password (encrypted).
• Birth data: Your birth date, birth time, and birth location. This is used solely to generate your personalized Love Intelligence Codes and daily rituals.
• Profile and relationship data: Information you provide about yourself, your partner, and your tribe members (names, relationships, notes).
• Journal entries and reflections: Any content you write in the journal, ritual reflections, or challenge entries.
• Usage data: Analytics events such as page views, ritual completions, and login activity, used to improve the app.
• Payment information: When you subscribe, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix). We do not store your credit card number.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your personalized daily rituals, prescriptions, and readings.
• To send you automated email rituals and reminders (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To provide the Relationship Coach, journaling, and tribe features.
• To process subscription payments and manage your membership.
• To improve our content, features, and user experience.

Who Can See Your Data

Your personal data — journal entries, ritual completions, reflections, coach conversations, and tribe member details — is private to you. Only you can access it. Our support admins may access your profile and tribe member records solely for the purpose of providing support. Coach conversations are completely private and never accessible by admins.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app (such as our payment processor, email delivery service, and hosting platform), and only as necessary to provide the service to you.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the profile menu — this permanently erases your profile, journal entries, rituals, tribe members, and all other personal content. This action cannot be undone.

Email Communications

We send daily ritual emails, weekly summaries, and occasional product updates. Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out of all email communications entirely, which will stop all scheduled ritual emails while keeping your account active.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these rights directly within the app, or by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
